You can get these little rubber like nail buffer squares at Wal Mart or drugstores probably.
Its like a long 4 sided rectangle 1st side your rub against your nails to even out, 2nd you smooth, 3rd you buff, and then 4th you shine, it works great :)
If you need a better description it has a dark blue side, a teal side, a light blue side and a pink side :)
