Is buffing you're nails bad for you?

i only buff them once every 2-4 weeksIs buffing you're nails bad for you?
It's not bad if you're only doing a mild buffing, something that polishes more instead of taking a good bit of surface off the nail. Also, you have to take into consideration the natural thickness of your nails.

I would not shine/polish (not lacquer, but buffing) them more than once a week, but a bi-weekly/monthly buffing (where you're gently smoothing the nail) is just right.

Just becareful that you're not taking too much off your nails, they could become weak or brittle then.Is buffing you're nails bad for you?
I don't think so!
No, it's really good for your nails. You can do it more

often than that.

BTW: I liked the first answer. Quick on your feet!
Not unless you buff in the buff. That can be illegal in some states.
No.

Really good for nails it help keep the the naill polish to stay on longer, and it also decrease your ridges on your nail and take the oil out of your nail plate and gentle roughing up the ridge of your nail.

bye bye
