It doesn't really matter. I'll tell you this it goes on a lot smoother and you it looks a lot better so i always buff my nails before i polish them. they just look better.Does nail polish stick to buffed or un-buffed nails better?
it doesnt matter much they stick to both the same but i suggest buffed
it doesn't really matter, but the best resaults i've had were by doing my nails then buffing them.
