seems that whenever i buff before a new coat, it tends to chip. it's easier to let your nails soak in some warm water before you paint or file.Should i buff my nails before i paint them or not?
Buff with a lambskin buffer instead of the sanding buffer as over time the sanding buffer will wear down your nails....
